My experience was wonderful from start to finish! The artist responded right away, and let me know when it would be shipped out. It was a gift, my Mama Joyce as I call her loved it she said she will never take it off! I will definitely shop with Etsy again and with this artist.

Very nice, unique, eyeglass chain. The silver balls very larger than I expected, so a bit of a challenge in my purse, but otherwise, I am quite happy with it.
